Refund Policy
Miss Machado handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Return Notification:
- Notify us within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return your order.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase:
- You will need to pay for the return shipping to our address.
- We will offer store credit for the value of the product.
Faulty Products:
- We will refund the full purchase price.
- We will cover the return delivery charges.
Product Condition:
- Products must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, seals unbroken, and in their original packaging.
- If the product is not in a saleable condition, we might not be able to process the refund.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds and store credits will be processed promptly once the product is received.
- Refunds will be made by the same method that you used for payment.
- All refunds are made at the discretion of Miss Machado.
